government won't even protect our school
00:00:20
girls from grooming gangs. Son off packy
00:00:22
wankers.
00:00:24
[music]
00:00:29
Come to the protest, Charlie. The asylum
00:00:32
seekers are taking over. They're
00:00:33
destroying our soldiers. Come to the
00:00:35
protest. Come to the protest and rescue
00:00:37
your country and rescue me. Hello.
00:00:40
Hello. Hello, and welcome to this
00:00:42
edition of the Jolly Heretic. Now, today
00:00:45
I would like to talk about the
00:00:46
phenomenon that is Amelia, the phenomen
00:00:50
that is that has taken the internet by
00:00:53
storm over the last few days. Before I
00:00:56
do that, could you do me a favor? Could
00:00:57
you please please subscribe? Could you
00:00:59
subscribe here on YouTube? Uh, could you
00:01:01
leave a like and all that stuff and
00:01:02
subscribe my website? That's jolly
00:01:03
herdic.com where I put all those base
00:01:04
interviews and bass stuff and stuff like
00:01:06
put on YouTube and inerson interviews
00:01:07
and vlogs and blogs. If you like what I
00:01:09
do, you can support me with the cost of
00:01:10
a p of beer a month and also thinking
00:01:11
about tying up to my private Telegram
00:01:13
group. Okay, back to the video now.
00:01:14
Amelia, I've had this purple wig for
00:01:16
such a long time and I've used it always
00:01:18
to represent stereotypical leftwing
00:01:20
characters. Um, anyway, you I I assume
00:01:23
that you know uh what the Amelia
00:01:25
phenomenon is. Just in case you don't,
00:01:26
perhaps you're American or something,
00:01:28
there is a video, a computer game
00:01:29
essentially that's been put out by a
00:01:31
group called Prevent, which aims to
00:01:33
prevent young people getting involved in
00:01:34
terrorism, but actually focuses on
00:01:36
preventing young people from getting
00:01:37
involved in what it calls the dangerous
00:01:40
far right. Uh, and the computer game is
00:01:42
called Pathways. In that computer game,
00:01:44
you can choose to be Charlie a boy or
00:01:46
Charlie a girl. And you are you meet a
00:01:49
girl called Amelia. Somebody else in the
00:01:51
class tells Charlie that this is proof
00:01:54
that immigrants are coming to the UK and
00:01:56
taking our jobs.
00:01:57
>> And Amelia basically encourages you to
00:02:00
get involved in things like saving your
00:02:03
country and stopping grooming gangs and
00:02:06
protesting against fake refugees and and
00:02:09
all of this sort of thing.
00:02:10
>> Amelia, Charlie's close friend, has made
00:02:13
a video encouraging young people in
00:02:15
Bridlington to join a political group
00:02:17
that seeks to defend English rights. Uh
00:02:20
Amelia is a girl that you meet at your
00:02:22
sixth form college. Uh where the other
00:02:24
people are very sensibly and normally
00:02:26
and boringly dressed and Amelia isn't.
00:02:28
Now why has this become such a
00:02:31
phenomenon from an evolutionary
00:02:32
perspective? It has taken off so much
00:02:34
and of course it has. Of course it has.
00:02:36
She is now the new symbol of being based
00:02:40
the new symbol of being on on the far
00:02:43
right or the base right or or red pill
00:02:45
or whatever you want to call it. It is
00:02:46
it you've got amazing videos that have
00:02:48
been made about her. She's she's now a
00:02:50
cult figure and it's happened due due to
00:02:52
AI technology and so forth in only about
00:02:55
a week. What is it about her? Why has
00:02:58
this been such a [laughter] a a
00:03:02
miscalculation on the part of those that
00:03:04
made the game? What were they trying to
00:03:06
do? Well, they're trying to uh make make
00:03:10
Amelia out to be this evil, nasty,
00:03:15
untrustworthy kind of person. And they
00:03:18
are projecting onto the right basically
00:03:21
onto those whom they oppose their own
00:03:23
qualities because in general we first of
00:03:25
all we talk about on the left are the
00:03:28
purple heads, the green heads. Um and we
00:03:31
note that uh this is something that is
00:03:33
common on the left and it is you're much
00:03:34
more likely to see that on the left than
00:03:36
on the right and the reason is as I did
00:03:38
a video on this years ago. I did a paper
00:03:40
on this as well about
00:03:42
many many years ago in which we showed
00:03:44
that there is a relationship between
00:03:46
dying your hair unnatural colors and
00:03:48
having depression. Uh people who dye
00:03:51
their why are you dying your hair a
00:03:53
natural color? What are you doing? Well,
00:03:55
it goes back to what's called
00:03:56
apocalatism in nature. bright unnatural
00:03:59
colors uh signify danger. And so by
00:04:02
wearing uh by having purple hair or
00:04:05
whatever it happens to be, you are
00:04:06
signifying to other people, you're
00:04:09
telling them to stay away. Stay away.
00:04:12
Now, why are you doing that? Why are you
00:04:14
telling them to stay away? Well, one
00:04:15
reason is because you are subclinally
00:04:17
neurotic. Uh so you're you're you're
00:04:19
frightened of other people. You're
00:04:20
scared of other people. You want other
00:04:22
people to basically uh stay away from
00:04:24
you. Uh the second is that you regard
00:04:26
yourself as ugly. you regard yourself as
00:04:28
unattractive and so therefore you decide
00:04:30
that you will as it were um take control
00:04:32
of that by making yourself unattractive
00:04:35
such that you are at least in control of
00:04:37
the fact that you are
00:04:40
un unattractive. Uh and so uh for these
00:04:42
two reasons uh you will find that on the
00:04:45
left where there is a high levels of
00:04:48
depression and anxiety and that sort of
00:04:49
thing uh then you're going to get these
00:04:51
women that dye their hair unnatural
00:04:53
colors. uh and it's a way it's it's it's
00:04:54
it's it's a way of coping with their
00:04:57
negative feelings. There is however an
00:04:59
alternative um evolutionary purpose to
00:05:03
doing this. And this is of course why
00:05:05
Amelia is so phenomenally sexually
00:05:08
attractive. Um and that is basically one
00:05:11
of the things that we are attracted to
00:05:12
in evolutionary terms is novelty. And
00:05:15
that's the reason why men tend to find
00:05:17
ginger-haired women attractive. There's
00:05:19
frequency dependent selection. There
00:05:21
aren't many of them. and therefore they
00:05:24
are attractive. It follows that men will
00:05:27
find women that dye their hair unnatural
00:05:29
colors an unnatural color attractive
00:05:32
simply because they are novel. They are
00:05:35
unusual. There aren't many of them.
00:05:37
Also, what are they saying potentially
00:05:40
by dying their hair uh purple or
00:05:43
whatever it happens to be? On the one
00:05:44
hand, yes, you could you could read it
00:05:46
as as as stay away, particularly if it's
00:05:49
Congress with other indicators, you
00:05:51
know, wearing dark clothes and anti-
00:05:54
anti-racism badges and whatever. Other
00:05:56
indicators that they're like that, you
00:05:57
could read it that they are just
00:05:58
mentally mentally ill or whatever. You
00:06:00
could read it like that and that's
00:06:01
perfectly possible. But an alternative
00:06:03
interpretation um is that they are
00:06:07
saying that they are unusual, saying
00:06:10
that they are quirky, saying that they
00:06:12
are a bit eccentric. And what that takes
00:06:15
you that they don't quite play by the
00:06:17
rules, that they're that they're fun,
00:06:19
that they're that they're a little bit
00:06:21
dangerous, that they're exciting, that
00:06:23
they're a bit weird. And that takes you
00:06:26
into the realm of the possibility that
00:06:28
they are sexually open to you. The
00:06:31
possibility they are an easy sexual
00:06:33
conquest. That they are a fast life
00:06:34
history strategist. They are from that
00:06:36
kind of world. In much the same way,
00:06:39
studies have indicated that men will um
00:06:41
be more likely to initiate chatting up
00:06:43
women that have tattoos and women that
00:06:46
have tattoos are more likely to be
00:06:48
sexually promiscuous. Well, what what
00:06:50
what what are you doing uh when you when
00:06:52
when you have a tattoo? You are drawing
00:06:54
attention to your body. You are kind of
00:06:56
you you are showing that you're able to
00:06:58
cope with pain and the potential dangers
00:07:00
involved in getting a tattoo. So that's
00:07:02
indicating good genes, but it's also
00:07:05
indicating risk-taking and a person that
00:07:07
takes risks and whatever is more likely
00:07:09
to take sexual risks, more likely to be
00:07:11
a fast efficient strategist. Um thirdly,
00:07:13
you are potentially, you know, scarring
00:07:15
yourself essentially making yourself
00:07:16
look unattractive. Um, and so with with
00:07:19
the tattoos, and this of course is um is
00:07:22
a way it's an honesty signal. You'll say
00:07:25
of genetic quality. You're saying, "Look, I've done this to myself and I'm
00:07:27
still attractive like the peacock's tail
00:07:29
dragging him down. Look, I look, I can
00:07:31
cope even with this massive tail." So,
00:07:32
it's an honesty signal of genetic
00:07:34
quality. So, it's attractive. And you
00:07:35
could argue it's the same thing perhaps
00:07:37
even with purple hair. On the one hand,
00:07:38
it's novel, but on the other hand, it's
00:07:40
weird and like um and so therefore,
00:07:42
you're saying, "Well, this is an honesty
00:07:43
signal of my beauty. Look how beautiful
00:07:46
I am even when I do something to damage
00:07:48
the extent to which I might otherwise be
00:07:51
beautiful. And so then ironically this
00:07:53
um makes the woman more attractive.
00:07:57
Notice that the hair is also short. This
00:07:59
is also important. Uh in general men
00:08:02
like long hair and women will sexually
00:08:05
compete w with other women by telling
00:08:08
them, "Oh yeah, you should cut your
00:08:09
hair." They they will encourage their
00:08:11
competitors to cut their hair while
00:08:12
having long hair. they will say to them,
00:08:14
"Oh, your hair looks beautiful." There
00:08:15
are studies on this. The women women
00:08:17
that see other women as a threat are the
00:08:19
ones that are going to uh encourage them
00:08:21
to cut their hair. So again, by having
00:08:24
relatively short hair, that is an
00:08:26
honesty signal of genetic quality. She's
00:08:28
saying, "Look how beautiful I am. Even
00:08:30
with short hair, even with the
00:08:32
encumbrance, as it were, even with the
00:08:34
the the the problem of having short
00:08:37
hair, I I am still beautiful. So this is
00:08:39
an honesty signal. It's very This is
00:08:42
sexy. [clears throat] Uh thirdly, you'll
00:08:44
note that she has the mole. Now, on the
00:08:47
on
00:08:49
a lot of the memes that have been
00:08:50
generated about her, they they they get
00:08:52
they've removed the mole. She doesn't
00:08:53
have a mole, but in the original in the
00:08:55
original computer game, she has a mole
00:08:57
or what used to be called a beauty spot.
00:08:59
Again, why is this attractive? It's an
00:09:01
honesty signal of genetic quality. It's
00:09:03
an imperfection which your eyes drawn
00:09:05
to. And it's like she's saying, well,
00:09:07
look, even with this imperfection, uh, I
00:09:10
am still beautiful. So, think how
00:09:11
beautiful I must be, you know, if I
00:09:13
didn't have the imperfection. And also,
00:09:15
it's an identifiable flaw. And, and some
00:09:18
people find that that's can be
00:09:20
attractive if someone's just sort of
00:09:22
just just too perfect. There's a sense
00:09:23
in which that's a turnoff. Um, you you
00:09:26
bond with them because you have flaws as
00:09:27
well. So, it's an identifiable flaw. So,
00:09:30
that itself uh can be attractive. Uh
00:09:33
similarly, notice that they give her a a
00:09:35
choker,
00:09:36
specifically a choker. What's that
00:09:38
about? Well, the neck is the most
00:09:40
vulnerable part of the body. The neck,
00:09:42
someone puts their hand around you,
00:09:43
strangles you, you're dead. So, if you
00:09:46
wear a choker like that, it's a kind of
00:09:49
signaling a kind of it's signaling.
00:09:53
Look, this is this part. First of all,
00:09:54
it's drawing attention to the face,
00:09:56
which is pretty, but the neck, and it
00:09:58
attention to that she has a nice neck, a
00:10:00
nice slender, long neck. But it's also,
00:10:03
it's kind of like controlled
00:10:05
vulnerability. It's saying, "Look, look,
00:10:08
I I could be killed here. I could be I
00:10:10
could be killed here. I I'm I'm taking
00:10:12
control of this vulnerability by putting
00:10:15
this around my neck." Um, and and this
00:10:17
could of course induce feelings of
00:10:18
wanting to look after her and be her
00:10:20
night in armor and that sort of thing on
00:10:22
a kind of unconscious level.
00:10:24
Also, they have her wear uh almost
00:10:27
completely purple and blue. These are
00:10:30
quite striking colors and quite unusual
00:10:32
colors in nature. So, this is another
00:10:33
example of her ex exhibiting via her
00:10:35
clothing that she's a bit quirky, that
00:10:38
she's a bit unusual, that she's a bit
00:10:40
peculiar, that she's a bit eccentric,
00:10:42
and this is going to correlate with
00:10:44
being high in openness and and and very
00:10:46
possibly adventurous and very possibly
00:10:49
sexually adventurous. So, I don't know
00:10:52
why they what they were thinking of, but
00:10:54
everything about this girl, uh,
00:10:57
particularly if you are a sort of a a
00:11:00
relatively fast life history strategist,
00:11:02
a a young man, and young men are like
00:11:04
that. They want casual sexual
00:11:05
encounters. Um, everything about it is
00:11:09
extremely sexy. I I don't know what they
00:11:12
were thinking. Uh, surely the logical
00:11:15
thing would have been to make the evil
00:11:16
nationalist girl fat and ugly and really
00:11:18
unattractive or something like that. But
00:11:21
no, no, no. They they they make they
00:11:22
make her incredibly alluring like a
00:11:25
siren. Um, that will that will draw
00:11:28
Charlie in um the the new Charlie's
00:11:31
friend Amelia. I mean, part apart from
00:11:33
the qualities, go to my go to my um
00:11:36
substack and I' I've watched the thing
00:11:37
through. I was most unimpressed by it. I
00:11:39
noticed that everybody is they they them
00:11:42
except Amelia who is she her which is an
00:11:45
interesting little thing. Um but you can
00:11:48
that's why and so of course this person
00:11:50
is incredibly attractive and everything
00:11:53
is going to be saying to Charlie go with
00:11:55
her. This is your this is your d this is
00:11:57
your damsel. This is your siren and she
00:12:00
is asking you to rescue Britain and so
00:12:03
of course you will rescue Britain. So,
00:12:05
it really is the most absurd own goal
00:12:10
that I've ever seen uh in in terms of
00:12:13
left-wing output. And of course, now she
00:12:15
is going to become the new Pepe the
00:12:17
Frog. Of course, she is going to become
00:12:19
the meme of the red pill of the based
00:12:22
right or or whatever. Uh because she is
00:12:25
everything a right-wing man wants.
00:12:29
She is highly sexually attractive. She
00:12:33
is right-wing and conservative and based
00:12:36
and she's a I'm afraid to say she's a
00:12:38
little bit mentally unstable, isn't she?
00:12:40
She's she's adventurous. She's quirky.
00:12:41
She's got purple hair. Um, so she she on
00:12:45
the hot crazy matrix, you know. Is she
00:12:47
just right? To be honest, probably not.
00:12:49
I would imagine someone like that
00:12:50
probably has borderline personality and
00:12:52
that used to be on the far left and and
00:12:54
and is now on the far right. And if you
00:12:57
were to get into involved with her,
00:12:58
she'd be crazy and she'd probably cut
00:13:01
herself or bruise herself or burn
00:13:02
herself or whatever. That's probably the
00:13:04
reality probably. [gasps] But of course
00:13:07
um you can you can dream uh and and um
00:13:10
this person this Amelia is obviously
00:13:12
going to be a part of many people's uh
00:13:13
many people's dreams. That's just uh
00:13:16
fascinating unconsciously do the left do
00:13:19
prevent have an understanding of
00:13:21
evolutionary psychology and did they
00:13:23
realize that this would happen? because
00:13:25
it seemed to me once so obvious that
00:13:27
she's just everything that a typical
00:13:30
redpilled man could possibly desire. I
00:13:32
hope it's a bit of interest and tally
00:13:34
hero and all that and goodbye.
00:13:36
Are you ready for the future of the
00:13:38
West?
