    Description:

    If your external hard drive says "Access is Denied" and the drive is not accessible then please follow along carefully with these steps to fix this issue with hard disk. I was plugin and unplugging my external hard drive from my smart TV and Windows 10 PC to watch movies when this happened. I just wanted to share this for those that are not computer savvy or able to troubleshoot problems that can occur while using external and local hard drives. The hard disk was not showing up. I could not see the storage space available on the disk drive. Some type of connection issue on windows pc but isolated to a harddrive that does not show up on my computer.
