With medicinal herbs and fruit trees sprawling across its 16,000-square-meter site, the distillery produces approximately 200 varieties of alcohol, primarily fruit brandies and liqueurs. Their whiskey is made using their own grain, germinating it in mesh bags using "mesh malting," and is characterized by a unique method of smoking with cow manure and seaweed. Mashing is carried out in a still, and fermentation is carried out in ceramic tanks.
